Finalmente dopo tanto tempo mi sono divertita a lavorare con il Fimo e, pensando alla mania di Cassandrina sui formaggi e i vari tipi di latte, ho pensato di farne un pò in miniatura.
Dopo un'accurata documentazione su internet e aver stampato un pò di foto da un bellissimo sito di un caseificio mi sono messa al lavoro e devo dire che il risultato mi soddisfa molto.
Nelle foto non ho diviso le mini secondo i tipi di latte ma tra freschi e stagionati.
Ecco quelli freschi: ricotta, tomini, caprini alle erbe e al peperoncino, vari tipi di mozzarelle....
Qui invece sono riuniti i formaggi stagionati, che comprendono pecorini, gorgonzola, toma, caciocavallo e provolone e infine il "bastardo".
Come mi sono divertita...inutile dirlo: il fimo è beramente magico!!!Infine, con la sesta che mi ha dato Rosanna, ho fatto anche due mastelli e devo dire che sono soddisfatta anche di questi.

Anybody wants some cheese?
Finally two days ago I had fun to make some minis with Fimo and I did a lot of type of cheese and I'm very proud of me.....
After a study in depth on internet and a lot of picture printed from a nice website of an italian creamery, I started to work and here it is the resuts:
There are fresh and seasoneds, for all type of taste.
I love Fimo, I think that is magic because it's possible to do everything with it.....
After this I did , with a pattern give me from Rosanna, two tubs and I'm proud of me again...

Roberta, those cheeses are amazing! The table setting looks great with the pretty tubs and flowers. I once walked into a cheese shop and nearly fainted..lol. I will just stick to cheddar and smoked cheese, my favourite when I was a child.
